By using or accessing the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Description of the App
The App allows users to create, manage, and organize Embed Outlook Calendar within their monday.com workspace. The App is designed solely for the purpose of providing an efficient way to store, share, and access Embed Outlook Calendar. The App does not collect, store, or process any Embed Outlook Calendar or data uploaded by users.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You are solely responsible for the Embed Outlook Calendar and other data you upload and share through the App. You retain ownership of all code and content you upload or use within the App.
- You agree not to misuse the App by engaging in activities such as:
- Uploading or sharing harmful, malicious, or unauthorized code.
- Distributing spam or engaging in other disruptive or unauthorized activities.
- Attempting to exploit or compromise the security of the App or monday.com.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
- The App does not collect or store any Embed Outlook Calendar or other data from users. All code and content you upload are stored within your monday.com workspace, subject to monday.com’s privacy policies.
- We do not collect, store, or process any personal data, code, or other information through the App.
5. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your monday.com workspace for your internal purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the App without our express written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including any updates, modifications, and related content, are owned by Box Hill Digital or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
7. Limitations of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee the App’s availability, security, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App.
- In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
